Hey Everyone! Just wanted to post a couple of pics of our little one. I know it has been a while and there is quite a bit of news. Elle is a full time walker now and has been for well over a month. She is learning new words everyday. Elle says please, more, mine, fly, outside, Boo, thank you, get down, and let's not forget her favorite, NO!!!. Granted, maybe only a mother can translate the baby language, but words are words, right?

Elle had her 15 month check up a couple of weeks ago. She is 19 lbs 6 oz (5th percentile), 29.5 in long (45th percentile), and the doctor said she is doing well. She is no longer on formula (yay!!) and no longer takes a bottle either (double yay!!)

Snow Trip

After Christmas, we packed up and went to Lake Tahoe for a couple of days. This was going to be Elle's first trip to the snow! Auntie Trisha, Uncle Chris, Kayla and Christian joined us, as well as Grammy, Grampy, and Tiana, too. We rented a condo in Tahoe Village and were really surprised by how nice it was. There was plenty of room for all of us and it had a nice cabin feel to it. There were plenty of awesome areas to play that were really close by.

When we first sat Elle down in the snow, she didn't know quite what to make of it. She knew she couldn't move in her clothes, and I think that bothered her more than the cold snow.

Happy New Year Everyone!!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone! We were very excited this year to watch Elle walk out on Christmas morning to her present from Santa. This year, Santa brought Elle her very own red wagon. From the looks of these pictures, I think that she likes it.

After presents, we packed up and headed over to Nana and Pops for brunch. We got to visit with Uncle Duncan and Auntie Kim. Elle was super excited to spend some play time with Cousins Braden and Kelan, as well.

After Nana and Pops, we went over to Uncle Dennis and Auntie Sayo's house. We had such a wonderful time seeing all of the family. Elle had fun walking laps around Auntie Sayo's kitchen island and climbing up and down the stairs. Thanks to Jordi for chasing after her!!! We, also, heard some great news! Elle is going to have a new cousin! Auntie Ryann and Uncle Connor are having a baby. So, Elle will have a new playmate this August! Congratulations!!

One Step at a Time

Over the past week or so, Elle has hit two new milestones. She is now standing up on her own, with no help. She is also walking up to six steps at a time. So hard to believe how it happens overnight. Here is a little video clip of the action. I will try to post others later.

New Pictures

Elle has been a bit under the weather lately. However, I did manage to snap some cute pictures of her happier moments this week. A girl deserves to spend all day in her pajamas if she doesn't feel good, right? Enjoy!
